"I want to gain knowledge and guidance of what it is like being a girl transitioning from an adolescent to an adult." - Ronaziah

Be Chic.

For Youth

Serving at-risk youth by providing youth prevention programs to those who have experienced a history of foster care involvement, child poverty, child abuse or neglect, human trafficking, and/or juvenile justice involvement. All of our services are skill-based interventions to assist in age-appropriate techniques to manage a child's behavior in school, at home, and in the community. We use individualized services to focus on developing crucial life skills involving action-oriented interventions for both the child and their family.

Testimonials

Monica

Monica was 19 years of age and struggled with addiction. She has now been in recovery for eight years and has started her family. I assisted Monica with transportation assistance to and from doctor appointments, meetings with her aftercare worker, to and from work, and helping her get the necessities among many other needs. Monica has had success since being her mentor and support. She graduated from high school, obtained stable housing, and gained employment with me as a reference with her job search.

Caleb

Caleb was 18 years old and struggled with academics, school attendance, positive use of leisure time, “gang” involvement, and discourage association with peers engaging in delinquent activities. I assisted Caleb with providing transportation to and from tutor sessions after school, obtaining employment, attending juvenile court hearings, teen pregnancy, and being a positive role-model/mother figure. Caleb has recently faced a tragedy in which he was injured from a gunshot wound in the neck. Caleb is currently a quadriplegic.
